In addition to home and office delivery, we also offer convenient pick-up locations in most neighborhoods. Whether you need to pick-up after work or the night before, this alternative keeps your food refrigerated and safe, allowing us to better accommodate your individual schedule.
To cover outlet refrigeration and storage expenses, a $3.00 outlet fee will be added to each order.
All orders and payments are made through Susan's Healthy Gourmet. The outlets are instructed not to receive payments or orders for any reason. All comments and questions should also be addressed to our Customer Service Representatives.
Picking Up Your Order
All employees of the outlets should have a list of all persons picking up there. If there are any problems or questions with your order, please call Susan's Healthy Gourmet (888-396-3257) immediately, so we can resolve the issue right away. If for whatever reason you do not pick-up your order, you are still responsible for payment of the full amount owed. Susan's Healthy Gourmet further assumes no liability or responsibility for your order once you have picked it up from the outlet.
We are always looking for new pick-up locations! If you know of a place in your area that would be more convenient for you and that has refrigeration, please refer them to your Customer Service Representatives.
