I was at a Shell gas station this morning fillin' up and learned an interesting tid bit...
If you haven't been to a Shell lately you should know that they now have T.V. screens attached to their gas pumps. As soon as you pull up, it starts talking to you.
Today the gas pump taught me that if you eat 2 apples a day your cholesterol level may be lowered by 16%.
There are over 100 varieties of apples so eat up!
