I have been doing kettlebell training now for about 3 months. In case you are not aware, kettlebells are like dumbbells with handles so you can swing them. A friend of mine invited me to work out with her so I thought sure why not; I used to work out, I can pick it up again no problem. Ha! Wrong. This is a serious workout involving cardio and strength training. It isn’t like any other work out I have ever done. I go 2 to 3 times per week and I love it! I will let you know how it goes!
