I tried a new ab exercise yesterday morning called “cherry pickers”… I am so sore today!! But it’s the good sore, the kind that makes you feel like you are doing something good for your body. Good news, my back is feeling stronger than ever! My lovely trainer, Alysia Gadson is not only a fantastic trainer; she is also a Spine Care Specialist. She is helping me get my back- back on track! She rocks.

I have been doing kettlebell training now for about 3 months. In case you are not aware, kettlebells are like dumbbells with handles so you can swing them. A friend of mine invited me to work out with her so I thought sure why not; I used to work out, I can pick it up again no problem. Ha! Wrong. This is a serious workout involving cardio and strength training. It isn’t like any other work out I have ever done. I go 2 to 3 times per week and I love it! I will let you know how it goes!
